Thanks to Jodi’s motivation and friendly approach I have achieved my goal. I never knew it was possible to be convinced to go to the gym at 6:30am before work but I am now converted! In the beginning we sat down and discussed what would work best for me. I now train 6/7 days a week which has allowed me to have a more relaxed approach when it comes to my eating habits. With personal dedication and Jodi’s help I believe any goal is achievable. Thank you for all your encouragement.

Thanks to Jodi’s help I have lost 13 pounds so far and my body fat is 10% less. My partner and I recently had a baby and I couldn’t imagine being one of those dads that couldn’t keep up with my kids. I’m the type of person that just wants to be told what to do. The ins and outs don’t matter to me because I had faith that Jodi’s direction would get me to where I wanted to be, after seeing some good work he had done with a friend of mine. The work is hard but worth it and I am grateful that Jodi made it easy enough for me to follow. I am able to stay on track even when I’m away with work through Jodi’s continued support. Jodi has literally changed my life.

In just over a month I lost around 12 pounds. In the short amount of time I’ve been working with Jodi I’ve lost several inches already, especially from my abdomen/waist/hips/thighs. Even my face is thinner! My friends and family have all noticed, and I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in a few years. As important though is how I’m eating and feeling. I cut down significantly on beef and coffee since starting the programme, and have cut out all artificial sweeteners. That alone made a huge difference. Nowadays it’s purified water, herbal tea and occasionally juice. My diet consists of fish (especially salmon and tuna), chicken, tons of steamed or raw vegetables and fruit, flaxseed, extra-virgin olive oil, plain yogurt, and a slice or 2 of multi-whole grain bread a day… It’s so easy! I find myself not craving cookies, cake, or any type of sweets anymore! I sleep through the nights much better, have lots of energy and I am excited to see what the rest of the program will be like.
